بحسب المتحدث باسم المحكمة فى مدينة خوجند شمال طاجيكستان انها اصدرت احكاما بالسجن على 10 من اعضاء حزب التحرير وان هذه المحاكمات انتهت فى وقت سابق وان عشرة من الناشطين فى الحزب تلقوا احكاما بالسجن تتراوح من 8سنوات ونصف الى 15 سنة ونصف .
واضاف المراسل للوكالة بحسب المتحدث باسم المحكمة ان المحكمة اتهمت الاعضاء بالدعوة العلنية للاطاحة بالسلطات الطاجيكية وانشاء الجريمة فى المجتمع والتحريض العرقى والعنصرى والكراهية على اساس دينى ...وان جميع المتهمين هم مواطنون طاجيك ومن سكان مدينة (( سجد )) .
هذه المدينة تقع فى وادى فرغانة الواقع فى اسيا الوسطى الواقع على الحدود مع اوزبكستان وقرغيزستان ....وان العدد الاكبر من اعضاء حزب التحرير _والذى هو خارج عن القانون منذ العام 2001 _ كانوا قد احتجزوا فى هذه المنطقة .
انباء احتجاز اعضاء من حزب التحرير تصل تقاريرها شهريا تقريبا .

Hizb ut-Tahrir supporters sentenced in Tajikistan
Dushanbe, January 27, Interfax - A court in the city of Khujand in northern Tajikistan has handed down prison sentences to ten members of the Hizb ut-Tahrir Islamic group, a court spokesman told Interfax over the phone on Wednesday.
"The trial of members of the Hizb ut-Tahrir Islamist extremist party has finished. Ten activists of this party have received prison sentences ranging from eight years and six months to 15 years and six months," the spokesman said.
The court convicted the defendants of publicly calling for measures to overthrow the authorities in Tajikistan, setting up a criminal community and inciting ethnic, racial and religious hatred, he said.
"All the convicted [members] are citizens of Tajikistan living in the Sogd region," the spokesman said.
The Sogd region is located in Central Asia's Fergana Valley on the border with Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan. The largest number of supporters of Hizb ut-Tahrir, which was officially outlawed in Tajikistan in 2001, have been detained in this area.

Leader of local Hizb ut-Tahrir seized in Kyrgyzstan
Bishkek, February 1, Interfax - The leader of a local Hizb ut-Tahrir organization has been detained in the Osh Region in southern Kyrgyzstan, a source in the Kyrgyz Interior Ministry told Interfax on Monday.
The detainee had been advocating radical Islamic ideas, the source said.
Hizb ut-Tahrir books, leaflets and DVDs were found at his home.
Another Hizb ut-Tahrir activist was also taken into custody, the source added.
Clerics will evaluate the content of the seized materials.

A group of women engaged in recruitment to Hizb ut-Tahrir (a religious-extremist organization) were arrested in Bishkek, press-service of the Kyrgyz Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.
Reportedly, officers detained a certain J.T. born in 1976, a mentor (mushrif) of the Hizb ut-Tahrir and three other women engaged in training of future extremist members. All arrested came from newly built Kalys-Ordo district.
According to the press-service, they have found the extremist literature: 15 books, 29 brochures, 23 leaflets, 48 compact discs, the newspaper, magazine, abstracts and 23 note-books with activity of the extremist organization Hizb ut-Tahrir notes.
A criminal case was initiated according to this fact.

اعتقال مجموعة من الفتيات بتهمة تجنيد اعضاء لصالح الجماعة الاصولية حزب التحرير فى مدينة بشكيك فى قرغيزستان من ضمنهن سيرتين مواليد 1976 المشرف وثلاث فتيات اخريات متورطات فى محاولة تجنيد فتيات اخريات للعمل مع الحزب بحسب وزارة القضايا الداخلية
وبحسب المصادر فقد ضبط كتب ومنشورات واقراص مدمجة ومجلات خاصة بالحزب

دوشانبيه المحكمة الطاجيكية فى العاصمة اكدت احكاما ضد 12 من اعضاء الحزب المحظور حزب التحرير والذين وجدوا مذنبين بتهم منها الدعوة العلنية لهدم نظام الحكم الدستورى بحسب تصريح المحكمة الرسمى ...واضافت المصادر ان انه من جملة التهم الدعوة لتنظيم جماعة اجرامية والتحريض على الصراع الاثنى والعنصرى والكراهية الدينية وقد تم حكم المدانين من 8 الى 14 سنة
وتم حكم شابين اخرين 10 و 13 سنة بسبب دخولهم الاراضى الطاجيكية لنشر ارائهم هناك

Tajik court sentences 12 Hizb ut-Tahrir members
Dushanbe, February 17, Interfax - A court in the Tajik capital issued a guilty verdict against 12 members of the banned party Hizb ut-Tahrir, having found them guilty of public calls for the forceful overthrow of the Constitutional regime, the court said in a statement on Wednesday.
Ten Tajiks were found guilty of organizing a criminal group, inciting ethnic, racial or religious hatred, as well as making public calls for the forceful overthrow of the Tajik constitutional regime, and were sentenced to between 8 and 14 years at a high-security prison.

Dushanbe, February 17, Interfax - A court in the Tajik capital issued a guilty verdict against 12 members of the banned party Hizb ut-Tahrir, having found them guilty of public calls for the forceful overthrow of the Constitutional regime, the court said in a statement on Wednesday.
Ten Tajiks were found guilty of organizing a criminal group, inciting ethnic, racial or religious hatred, as well as making public calls for the forceful overthrow of the Tajik constitutional regime, and were sentenced to between 8 and 14 years at a high-security prison.

دوشانبيه المحكمة الطاجيكية فى العاصمة اكدت احكاما ضد 12 من اعضاء الحزب المحظور حزب التحرير والذين وجدوا مذنبين بتهم منها الدعوة العلنية لهدم نظام الحكم الدستورى بحسب تصريح المحكمة الرسمى ...واضافت المصادر ان انه من جملة التهم الدعوة لتنظيم جماعة اجرامية والتحريض على الصراع الاثنى والعنصرى والكراهية الدينية وقد تم حكم المدانين من 8 الى 14 سنة
وتم حكم شابين اخرين 10 و 13 سنة بسبب دخولهم الاراضى الطاجيكية لنشر ارائهم هناك

طاجكستان تحاكم اعضاء "حزب التحرير"
تمت محاكمة 12 عضوا لتنظيم " حزب التحرير" الديني المتطرف في العاصمة الطاجكية ,دوشنبه.
كما افادت وسائل الاعلام المحلية ,تم القبض على جميع الممتهمين في خريف عام 2009 في دوشنبه و يتهمون تماشيا مع بنود 187 و 189 و 309 للقانون الجنائي لجمهورية طاجكستان.
و قال مصدر مطلع " بين المتهمين - تلميذ الصف الحادي عشر صالح جان جوراييف,الذي حكم عليه بالسجن لمدة ثلاث اعوام,و عزامت وهابوف حكم عليه السجن لمدة 14 عاما.
حسب معلومات وزارة الداخلية الطاجكية ,عام 2009 تم اعتقال 25 عضو الحركة الاسلامية لأوزبكستان ,16 عضوا لحزب التحرير المتهمين في تحقيق 3 اعمال ارهابية.

قال وزير الداخلية القرغيزي ان عدد المحتجزين من المتشددين من حزب التحرير ازداد فى العاصمة القرغيزية بشكيك حيث وصل العدد الى 34 ما بين قيادي وعضو تم اعتقالهم فى عام 2009 مقارنة مع 14 فى العام 2008 وبحسب الوزير ذاته فان عدد المنشورات والمواد والاخرى من كتب قد زاد عدده فى ذات الوقت .
واضافت الوزارة ان المتطرفين المتدينين يكثفون انشطتهم باستخدام تكنولوجيا متقدمة لتوسيع مجال التاثير

Bishkek, February 18, Interfax - The number of detained extremists, including members of the outlawed Islamic group Hizb ut-Tahrir, has grown in Kyrgyzstan's capital, Bishkek, the Kyrgyz Interior Ministry said.
34 Hizb ut-Tahrir leaders and members were arrested in 2009, compared to 14 in 2008.
The number of Hizb ut-Tahrir extremist booklets and other materials found has also grown, the ministry said.
"Religious extremists are intensifying their activities and using advanced technology to broaden their influence," the ministry said.
The ministry suggested "stepping up preventive measures and interaction between governmental agencies, the police, public and international organizations

Banned Hizb ut-Tahrir brings out procession, 2 held
Police arrested two persons on charge of taking part in a procession of banned Islamist organisation Hizb ut-Tahrir near the National Press Club on Tuesday.
The arrestees, Sifat, a student of Independent University of Bangladesh, and Omar Faruq were taken to Shahbagh Police Station for interrogation.
The government on October 22 last year banned all kinds of activities of the organisation.
Police and witnesses said around 30 members of Hizb ut-Tahrir brought out a procession from the Muktangon around 12:30pm to demand resignation of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
The procession paraded different roads before police dispersed them.

6 Hizb ut-Tahrir activists held in Kyrgyzstan
26/02-2010 13:40, Bishkek – News Agency “24.kg”, By Bolotbek KOLBAEV Officers arrested six activist of banned Hizb-ut Tahrir organization, press service of the Kyrgyz State National Security Council reported.
As of 25 February, 2010, the officers detained five Kyrgyzstani that were the activist of the banned organization in Tyup district of Issyk-Kul oblast. Officers confiscated huge amount of extremist literature
Meanwhile, police arrested another activist of the same outfit in Osh city.
All activists have been taken into custody. Police said the investigation is on.

Nizhny Novgorod, April 15, Interfax – Deputy of the Russian Prosecutor General in the Volga District Ernest Valeyev confirmed the accusations against six Bashkortostan citizens accused of organizing work of an extremist Hizb ut-Tahrir cell.
Investigation data proved that members of the cell pursued anti-Russian and anti-constitutional activities.
"They spread propaganda among the population, sowing intolerance to other religions, recruiting new participants, working out and promoting extremist materials," the message further reads.

Chittagong, Apr 15 (bdnews24.com) — Banned Islamist outfit Hizb-ut Tahrir on Thursday brought out a procession at Jamalkhan area in Chittagong.
Witnesses said that 25-30 people, carrying a Hijb-ut Tahrir banner, took out the procession from the port city's Cheragi crossing to the Press Club.
Four to five banners were hung at the Press Club and the marchers then left the scene by auto-rickshaws.
The participants under the banner of 'Hijb-ut Tahrir Ulaiyah Bangladesh' chanted anti-government slogans.
Kotwali police chief Mohiuddin Mahmud admitted he had seen the banners hanging in the press club, but he denied that a procession had taken place.
"They could not bring out any procession. They only hung some banners and left the place soon," Mahmud said.
When the police official was informed that many people had seen the procession, he then said the police could not take any action as the demonstrators had left the area quickly.
The banners had been seized, he said.
The government banned Hijb-ut Tahirir last year on charge of involvement with militant activities.

Chittagong, Apr 15 (bdnews24.com) — Banned Islamist outfit Hizb-ut Tahrir on Thursday brought out a procession at Jamalkhan area in Chittagong.
Witnesses said that 25-30 people, carrying a Hijb-ut Tahrir banner, took out the procession from the port city's Cheragi crossing to the Press Club.
Four to five banners were hung at the Press Club and the marchers then left the scene by auto-rickshaws.
The participants under the banner of 'Hijb-ut Tahrir Ulaiyah Bangladesh' chanted anti-government slogans.
Kotwali police chief Mohiuddin Mahmud admitted he had seen the banners hanging in the press club, but he denied that a procession had taken place.
"They could not bring out any procession. They only hung some banners and left the place soon," Mahmud said.
When the police official was informed that many people had seen the procession, he then said the police could not take any action as the demonstrators had left the area quickly.
The banners had been seized, he said.
The government banned Hijb-ut Tahirir last year on charge of involvement with militant activities.

سير حزب التحرير ((موكبا )) فى منطقة جمال خان فى مدينة شيتاجونج ...شهود عيان قالوا ان ما بين 25 الى 30 شخصا يحملون رايات لحزب التحرير ساروا افى موكب بالقرب من الميناء وحتى نادى الصحافة ومن ثم قام المتظاهرون بمغادرة المكان بواسطة عربات بعد ان علقوا رايات ومن ثم قام المتظاهرون بترديد شعارات ضد الحكومة .
مدير الشرطة اعترف بانه راى هذه الرايات معلقة على نادى الصحافة ولكنه انكر حدوث اي موكب لحزب التحرير ....وانهم لم يستطيعوا فعل شئ لان المتظاهرين غادروا المكان بسرعة حيث تم مصادرة الرايات
يذكر بان حزب التحرير تم حظره لتورطه فى انشطة متطرفة .....فى بنغلادش

They are— Rashed Ahmed Mazumder, 22, Minhaz Uddin, 21, and Mozzammel Hossain Manik, 20.
Mokhlesur Rahman, sub-inspector of Bayezid Police Station, told bdnews24.com that Rashed was arrested from Baluchharha Baitul Kader Mosque at around 2pm.
He is a third-year student of Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET) and son of Sheikh Ahmed Mazumder of Agargaon in Dhaka.
Sub-inspector of Chittagong Kotwali Police Station Nasir Uddin said they had arrested Maink in front of Golam Rasul Jame Mosque when he was distributing leaflets among the devotees after Juma prayers.
Manik is the son of Ashraf Ali from Padua village under Lohagora upazila, Nasir added.
Eleventh grade student Minhaz was detained from Firoz Shah Jame Mosque while distributing leaflets there, assistant sub-inspector of Khulshi Police Station Mohammed Shahjalal said.
Minhaz is the son of late Nuruzzaman of Amirabaad area of Sitakunda.
Legal measures would be taken against the Tahrir activists, police said.

اعتقلت الشرطة فى وقت سابق يوم الجمعة 15 ناشطا من حزب التحرير المحظور فى دكا ومدينة تشيتاجونج بينما كانوا يقومون بتوزيع منشورات .
المفتش العام لشرطة منطقة تيجون الصناعية شهاب الدين ازاد اخبر الوكالة ان شهيد الاسلام كان قد اعتقل على بوابة مسجد رحيم ميتال بعد صلاة الجمعة بمساعدة من المحليين وفيما بعد تم مصادرة كتب ومنشورات وكمبيوتر كانوا بحوزته .
فيما قام احد المشتبهين بالفرار من الحملة على المسجد.
فيما قامت حملة الشرطة فى منطقة محمد بور باعتقال اثنان وهما ساكب خان ومحمد معين الزمان _ كما ابلغ رئيس مركز الشرطة .
واثنان اخرين فى منطقة لالميتيا وهما محمد الحسن .ونور محمد .
وفى ذات الوقت تم اعتقال خمسة فى منطقة دونموندى فى مسجد المنطقة كما اخبر مدير مركز الشرطة وهم محي الدين احمد و عاشق اقبال و وفردوس فيصل و محي الدين احمد فيصل وشهيد الاسلام شاهين .
كما تم اعتقال احسان احمد 22 عاما من منطقة جانجار
واعتقال سيف من منطقة بالتان
اما فى تشيتاجونج فقد تم اعتقال 3 لتوزيعهم منشورات بين المصلين بعد صلاة الجمعه
راشد احمد 22 عاما ومنهاز 21 عاما و مزمل حسين 20 عاما .
يذكر ان راشد احمد وهو يدرس الهندسة فى السنة الثالثة وهو ابن الشيخ احمد مزمدير فى دكا
كما يذكر ان منهاز وهو فى الصف الحادى عشر .اعتقل اثناء توزيعه المنشورات .

Star ReportPolice in separate drives yesterday arrested 12 operatives of banned Hizb-ut Tahrir from the city's Dhanmondi, Mohammadpur, Tejgaon, Paltan and Sutrapur areas and seized around 600 leaflets from their possession.
The arrestees were distributing leaflets containing provocative statement against the government and the prime minister among the Muslim devotees after the Jumma prayers.
Mohammadpur police arrested four Hizb-ut Tahrir men from Lalmatia area, Dhanmondi police arrested five while Tejgaon, Paltan and Sutrapur police arrested one each from their areas.
Meanwhile, Chittagong Metropolitan Police arrested three activists of the banned organisation on similar charges in different places of the port city yesterday, reports BSS.
Police arrested Rashed from Baitul Kader Jame Mosque at Baluchara, Minhaj from Ferojshah Jame Mosque premises and Manik from Golamrasul market of Reazuddinbazar area.
Sources said most of the arrestees are students of private universities.

Staff CorrespondentThirteen leaders and activists, including a private university teacher, of the banned Islamist outfit Hizb ut-Tahrir Bangladesh were arrested on Dhaka University campus and at Badda in the city yesterday.
DU correspondent reports: Police arrested four students of Dhaka University for their alleged link with the banned Islamist outfit Hizb ut-Tahrir Bangladesh from Surya Sen Hall in the early hours of yesterday.
The arrestees were identified as Md Mohsin Hossain, a third year student of accounting and information systems, Md Abdul Hai Raju, a third year student of Finance, Zakirul Islam Parosh, a second year student of finance and Fahad Bin Rashid Nayan, a third year student of management studies department.
A group of Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) leaders of the hall caught the four and informed it to DU proctor.
Police rushed to the hall and arrested them around 2:00am after Proctor Dr KM Saiful Islam Khan informed the matter to the law enforcers.
Officer-in-Charge of Shahbagh Police Station Rezaul Karim told The Daily Star that the arrestees admitted to police that they were involvement with the banned outfit.
Asked weather they have gotten any information about Hizb ut-Tahrir activities on DU campus from them, Rezaul declined to say anything more about it right now.
He said resident students of the hall have handed some leaflets and several books, recovered from the rooms of arrestees, to police. He said the arrestees have been sent to a Dhaka court seeking a seven-day remand for them.
Hall sources said the BCL leaders have charged Raju after learning that he has distributed leaflets of the outfit among the students on the business studies faculty premises on Saturday.
"Raju has admitted to us that he, Mohsin and Nayan are involved with the organisation," said Shafiqul Islam, a BCL leader of DU unit and a resident of the hall.
Shafiqul said they have caught Parash when he was making calls to three other arrestees over the cellphones. He said they have searched the room of Parash and recovered some leaflets and a book of the outfit.
Meanwhile, the police arrested nine more leaders and activists of Hizb ut-Tahrir Bangladesh, including a teacher and six students of State University, from a house at Badda late last night.
They were holding a meeting at the house at Basundhara Housing Project. A huge number of leaflets were recovered from their possession, said Badda Police Station Officer-in-Charge Kazi Wazed Ali.
The leaflets contain statements against the government, India and the USA, he said.
The teacher was identified as Mohammad Zakir Hossain and the students are Nazmul Hasan, Abdullah al Masud, Imtiaz Hossain, Mamunur Rashid, Arifuzzaman and Nasir Uddin. The two others are schoolteachers Mahbub Alam and Nurul Islam.
Acting on a tip-off, the police raided the house and detained the Hizb ut-Tahrir men, OC Wazed said.
A case was filed under Anti-Terrorism Act-2009, he said.

اعتقال 13 من اعضاء حزب التحرير بحسب صحيفة ديلى ستار الصادرة اليوم الاثنين وهم عبارة عن مدرسين وطلاب جامعات ويذكر البيان ان اربعة اعتقلوا فى حرم احدى الجامعات
واما القسم الاخر فاعتقلوا فى وقت متاخر من الليل من بينهم مدرسين وتم تحويلهم الى المحكمة ومصادرة ما بحوزتهم من المنشورات والكتب
ويذكر التقرير ان الطلاب الاربعة اعترفوا للصحافة بانهم اعضاء من حزب التحرير ومن بين التهم الموجهة للشباب انهم يقومون بتوزيع منشورات ضد الحكومة وامريكيا بين الطلاب
بينما ال9 الاخرون اعتقلوا بينما كانوا يعقدون اجتماعا فى احد المنازل وقد عثرت الشرطة بحوزتهم على عدد كبير من المنشورات والكتب

The Interior Department of Kyrgyzstan has reported that several suspected members of Hizb ut-Tahrir banned organization have been arrested in Bishkek.
According to a Press Report, Kyrgyz Police officers carried raids in the capital of Kyrgyzstan. The officers arrested a woman residing in the novostroika (rough-hewn settlements) with 12 books, 138 brochures, 472 leaflets and 34 CDs of the banned organization in her possession.

The Interior Department of Kyrgyzstan has reported that several suspected members of Hizb ut-Tahrir banned organization have been arrested in Bishkek.
According to a Press Report, Kyrgyz Police officers carried raids in the capital of Kyrgyzstan. The officers arrested a woman residing in the novostroika (rough-hewn settlements) with 12 books, 138 brochures, 472 leaflets and 34 CDs of the banned organization in her possession.
Besides, police officers attested a man driving BMW-525 car, a resident of novostroika in Bishkek. He has brochures
and also 7 CDs of extremist propaganda content

Four Islamist extremists charged in Tajikistan
Dushanbe, June 24, Interfax – The Khujand city court in north Tajikistan sentenced four members of the religious extremist party Hizb ut-Tahrir to long jail terms.
They are sentenced to imprisonment from two to 17 years, the court official told Interfax on Thursday.
It is the second legal proceedings against Hizb ut-Tahrir representatives in north Sogdiysk Region of Tajikistan. In January, Khujand city court sentenced ten suspected in the organization membership from 8.5 to 15.5 years of imprisonment.
Tajikistan's Sogdiysk Region is located in the Fergana Lowland and borders to Kyrgyzia and Uzbekistan. Majority of Hizb ut-Tahrir advocates live in this part of the republic though its activity has been officially banned in Tajikistan from 2001.

DUSHANBE, June 24 (Reuters) - Tajikistan has jailed four followers of a banned Islamic party for up to 18 years on charges of inciting anti-government activities, the Supreme Court said on Thursday.
Central Asian governments are clamping down on what they see as growing religious extremism in the predominantly Muslim but secular former Soviet region following a rise in clashes between security forces and armed gangs.
The Supreme Court in Tajikistan, which shares a long border with Afghanistan, said that four members of the Hizb ut-Tahrir party were jailed for crimes including incitement of religious hatred and calling forcibly to change the constitution.
The four were all arrested in the north of Tajikistan, in the Ferghana valley region where the country borders Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.
Human rights groups have accused Central Asian governments of using the Islamist threat as an excuse to crack down on political dissent in a region where, as in Soviet times, alternative views are often branded as extremist.
However, security analysts say radical groups are gaining strength in the region, emboldened by people's growing frustration with economic hardship.
Hizb ut-Tahrir, or Party of Liberation, argues it uses only peaceful methods to achieve its goal of establishing a worldwide caliphate -- a theocratic Muslim state.
But regional governments accuse groups like Hizb ut-Tahrir of stoking unrest and seek to crack down on their operations. The party is banned in Tajikistan.
Tajikistan has jailed 26 people this year for their links to Hizb ut-Tahrir and more than 50 citizens that it says were affiliated to other banned extremist groups.
