مؤتمر الخونة والعملاء أذناب أوروبا الذين أسقطوا الخلافة العثمانية العلية

 

في المدة من ٤ - ٩ فبراير ١٩٠٢ عقد في باريس مؤتمر( للأحرار العثمانيين،) حضرته كل العناصر المعارضة لحكم عبدالحميد وعلى رأسهم الاتحاد والترقي، وكان من ضمن قرارات هذا المؤتمر تقسيم الدولة العثمانية إلى حكومات مستقلة استقلالا ذاتيا على أساس عرقي قومي ..
