سفير روسيا في الأمم المتحدة يقول إن اتفاق #إدلب هو مناورة، وأن عودة إدلب لسيطرة #دمشق وهو أمر سيتم عاجلا أم اجلا، وهو أمر غير قابل للنقاش..

هذه هي حقيقة الاتفاق.. #مناورة!!
